We offer FREE SHIPPING IN THE USA with ANY ORDERS OVER $25. Your order will be shipped via USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL - FREE! for orders over $25 or otherwise $1.95 which usually take approximately 1-3 business days to process and 3-7 days for delivery depending on the destination.

2). USA PRIORITY MAIL

Your order will be shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL - $4.95 which usually take approximately 1-2 business days to process and 2-3 days (for most destinations but not guaranteed) for delivery depending on the destination.

3). USA UPS GROUND (CONTINENTAL US ONLY)

Your order will be shipped via UPS GROUND - $8.95 which usually take approximately 1-2 business days to process and 1-6 days (guaranteed) for delivery depending on the destination.

Please note; Tracking number can be sent to you via e-mail if requested. Once receiving the number, go the UPS web site and enter your tracking number to check the shipping status of the order. UPS Ground Service is available in the continental United States only.

4). UPS 3 DAY DELIVERY FOR ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO

Your order will be shipped via UPS 3 DAY DELIVERY MAIL - $15.00 which usually take approximately 1-2 business days to process and 2-3 days (no Saturday or Sunday delivery and guaranteed) for delivery depending on the destination.

6). CANADA GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL

Your order will be shipped via USPS GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL - $9.95 which usually take approximately 1-2 business days to process and 3-6 days for delivery depending on the destination and Canadian customs.

Please note; Global Priority orders are not trackable once leaving the USA.

7). INTERNATIONAL GLOBAL PRIORITY

Your order will be shipped via USPS INTERNATIONAL GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL - $18.00 which usually take approximately 1-3 business days to process and 1-3 weeks for delivery depending on the destination and your country's customs.

RETURN POLICIES;

Please contact us: 508-498-0021 (Monday - Friday 10 am. - 6 pm. EST) prior to return items for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number) within 30 DAYS after purchase. When given RMA number, please pack return items in the original product packaging and include a copy of the invoice in the box. A 20% restocking fee may be charged for items returned other than defective or DOA (Damage on Arival) or not in the original packaging.

Your return will be processed within 5 business days. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. And if you choose FREE SHIPPING option when purchased, your refund will be given minus shipping & handling.

We always try to keep our inventory in hand & up-to-date but however, backorders do occur sometimes. Please check back frequently and place a new order accordingly. Free shipping does not apply to backordered items unless they're $25.- or more.
